Roles and Responsibilities
- To perform analysis of market and technology opportunity, strategic competitive analysis that manages Vinculum Omnichannel suite of products
- To translate market/customer requirements to define "WHAT" needs to be done and "WHY".
- Support any marketing proposal/decision with comprehensive business rationale.
- Direct interaction with customers to understand their requirements
- Conduct market and customer research to shape future direction, develop product and solution concepts, and present recommendations to senior management.
- Work closely with functional leads and other team members to define product and solution level details required to deliver the next generation of products and solutions to market that meet our customers demands.
- Provide market/customer context to the product engineering team. Develop customer evaluation programs and prepare customer messaging for product issues when necessary in areas of ownership.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience as a Product Manager in software products with domain knowledge (Retail/Ecommerce/ Warehouse domain)
- Should have global exposure
- Experience in product lifecycle management is required.
- Should be able to define requirements/ user stories that help us achieve business metrics.
- Strong business/financial acumen, excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Ability to interact with cross-functional and international teams.
- Strong communication, execution, quantitative skills combined with creativity and negotiation abilities.
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering from a top tier institute is necessary
- Master’s Degree / MBA would be an added advantage
